Welcome to Hurleyville
Small Town. Big Ideas.

Tucked into the Sullivan County Catskills, Hurleyville is a town reborn — a walkable Main Street where a first-run film at the Performing Arts Centre, a weaving workshop at Fiber on Main, and coffee at a corner café all sit steps apart. Wander the fully accessible Milk Train Rail Trail that runs right through town, browse the galleries and maker studios, or catch a seasonal festival. Just beyond, the wider Catskills wait: Bethel Woods, lakes and hiking trails, farm stands, and ninety easy minutes from New York City.

Our cottages put you right in the heart of it — thoughtfully kept, warmly hosted, and ready to make Hurleyville feel like home for a weekend or a season.

Homiest Airbnb I’ve stayed in! I absolutely loved it! The fireplace is the perfect ambiance for a cozy winter getaway. Comfy couch and bed. Slept great. Amazing shower! The hosts had convenience things in the kitchen and bathroom that I didn’t think of bringing but ended up needing. Was a great, calm getaway and exactly what I needed! Would highly recommend.

I felt very comfortable and at home for my short visit in the area! Loved the positive messages all around the house • love • happy• … It reminded me of how i would decor a place myself ! Thank you so much! Hopefully i’ll be back soon!

This was a quiet and homey spot that was perfect for a short get away. There aren’t many fully ADA compliant airbnbs so this was a gem of a find— there is even an ADA accessible trail less than ten minutes away.
There’s clearly a lot of care that went into this home. Clean, clear communication and great spot. Would love to stay again!
